Product Warranty
If you’ve purchased a product from us that stops working due to a manufacturer’s defect, please let us know through the corresponding channel where you have made your purchase, and we will work with you to determine your warranty coverage.
Warranties do not apply to coffee products and consumables, coffee brewing water minerals, glassware or ceramics (product and parts), grinder burr sets, or defects arising from wear and tear, acts of nature, mishandling, negligence, or improper operation.
Exchanges & Returns
Our exchange and return policy will apply on a case by case basis, and will require the return of the content, its complete packaging, and a valid reason.
Coffee products and other consumables are not valid for returns and exchanges.
